Event Terms & Code of Conduct

To keep Love Braj Holi Mela safe, spiritual and family-friendly, all attendees agree to the following:

Respectful Behaviour

• Treat all guests, volunteers and staff with courtesy and respect.
• Any form of harassment, abuse or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Follow instructions from on-ground volunteers and security teams at all times.

Substances & Safety

• Alcohol, drugs, smoking and intoxication are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
• Only event-approved safe and organic colours may be used.
• Outside colours, water balloons, and dangerous items are not allowed.

Identification & Entry

• Carry a valid government ID (Aadhaar / Passport) that matches your registration details.
• The organising team reserves the right to verify your identity at entry.
• Entry may be refused to anyone not complying with these terms without refund.

Photography & Media

• By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for devotional and promotional purposes.
• If you have specific privacy concerns, please speak to the registration desk on arrival.

Liability

• Attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.
• The organisers are not liable for loss, theft or damage of personal items.
